My Journey

Over two decades ago, I was faced with an unexpected health challenge: irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I not only experienced digestive discomfort and bloating, but also the anxiety of passing foul-smelling wind in public, panic attacks, and the constant embarrassment of needing to find the nearest toilet.

After months of struggle and finding no solutions within my pharmacy toolbox, I began to heal my digestive issues with the help of a naturopath. Remarkable changes soon followed, and I haven’t looked back since.

This experience ignited my passion to study Naturopathy. I wanted to understand the underlying causes of my digestive issues and help my pharmacy clients realise that there are alternative ways to improve health beyond just symptom relief.

Hi there! I'm Anita, a naturopath and pharmacist with a passion for holistic health.

For over 30 years, I’ve been helping people just like you achieve their wellness goals across New Zealand and England. My journey has given me a unique perspective – I speak both ‘doctor’ and ‘natural health’, bridging the gap between traditional medicine and nature’s remedies.
